How much does Odoo implementation cost in Bangalore?

Our fixed-price setup packages start at $999 for a one-day installation with configuration, a database backup and 4 hours of training, with $1,999 and $2,999 packages for longer setups that include consultation and master data import. Larger projects are quoted after a requirement review. Odoo licences are billed separately by Odoo.

How long does an Odoo implementation take?

The setup packages take from one day to one week. A full rollout with several apps, data migration and custom modules takes longer: for example, one of our implementations with custom labour, attendance and payroll modules for a 200-person construction company took 3 months. You get a timeline after the requirement review.

Can Odoo handle GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills?

Yes. Odoo's India localization covers GST taxes and the chart of accounts, and supports e-invoices with an IRN and QR code from the Invoice Registration Portal and e-way bills. E-invoicing is mandatory once your aggregate turnover passes ₹5 crore. We configure and test these flows on your data before go-live.

Do you set up Indian payroll in Odoo?

Yes. We configure Odoo's Payroll app with salary structures and rules for PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS, with the statutory rates kept in configuration so they can be updated. We have also moved an Indian IT services company's custom payroll rules from Odoo 17 to Odoo 18 without disrupting its monthly payroll cycles.

Should we choose Odoo Community or Odoo Enterprise?

Community is free and open source but leaves out several apps, including Payroll and Studio, and has no access to Odoo’s upgrade service. Enterprise is licensed per user and includes them. We recommend the edition after the requirement review, based on the apps and compliance features you actually need.

Can you move us from Tally, Zoho or spreadsheets to Odoo?

Yes. We migrate master data such as customers, vendors, products and the chart of accounts, plus opening balances, and keep the old system available for history. For Tally users we map ledgers and stock items to Odoo before any data is imported, then reconcile the trial balance after the move.

Do you support Odoo after go-live?

Yes. After go-live we provide support for fixes, changes, new users and upgrades through our Odoo support plans, so the same team that implemented your system keeps maintaining it. When a new Odoo version comes out, we handle the upgrade through our migration service.
