Odoo's Canadian localization covers the base chart of accounts and federal and provincial taxes. These are the local requirements that most often need customization on top of it.

Yes. Odoo's Canadian localization includes federal and provincial taxes, and we customize fiscal positions so each sale picks the right regime: 13% HST in Ontario, 14% in Nova Scotia, 15% in the other Atlantic HST provinces, 5% GST plus PST in British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan, and 5% GST plus 9.975% QST in Quebec.

Yes. Odoo ships with French, and we translate custom fields, reports, portal pages and customer-facing documents so quotes and invoices can be issued in French, as Quebec's Charter of the French Language requires.

We make sure payroll lands correctly in Odoo accounting: CPP, EI and income-tax deductions posted to the right accounts, either from Odoo payroll rules or from your existing payroll provider through an integration, depending on which fits your setup.

Not automatically. Each custom module must be updated for the target Odoo version and tested on an upgraded copy of your database. We build with inheritance and separate modules to keep that effort small, and handle upgrades through our Odoo migration services.
