Welcome to the Odiware Employee Self Service Portal (“App”) operated by Odiware Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App, and by using it, you agree to comply with them fully.


1. About the App

The Odiware Employee Self Service Portal is designed for employees of Odiware and associated clients. It allows users to:

  • Mark daily check-in/check-out
  • Apply for leave
  • View attendance records
  • Access payroll details
  • View basic profile information

The App is intended for internal use only and is accessible only to registered employees with authorized login credentials.


2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.


3. Eligibility

This App is exclusively intended for Odiware employees or client-side users who have been granted access. Unauthorized access or usage is strictly prohibited.


4. Permissions & Data Collected

We respect your privacy and only request permissions necessary for the App to function as intended.

Location Permission:

We request access to your device’s location only for the purpose of:

  • Verifying your location during check-in/check-out
  • Ensuring geofenced attendance accuracy

We do not track your location in the background. Location is only recorded at the moment of check-in or check-out.


5. Data Usage & Privacy

We do not sell, share, or misuse your data. All personal and employment-related data (attendance, leave, payroll, etc.) is:

  • Stored securely on company-managed servers
  • Used only for official HR and administrative purposes
  • Accessed only by authorized personnel

6. Account & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Ensuring the device you use is secure

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify your HR or admin immediately.


7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Tamper with attendance records or location data
  • Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

Violation of this section may result in suspension of access and disciplinary action.


8. Changes to the App

We may update the App to improve performance, security, and features. These changes may affect how the App functions, and we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.


9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App:

  • If your employment ends
  • If you misuse the App
  • Or if required by law or policy

10. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. While we aim for high performance, we are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by external factors.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odiware shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use or inability to use the App.


12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
